"I wanted to write and thank everyone at The Problem Solvers for your service last week and commend you on the outstanding customer service I received both over the phone and in person.

"I called last Tuesday and spoke to a very friendly and helpful woman who assured me that a technician would be able to come out that same day to find out why I had no hot water. Not only was she able to get someone out to me quickly, she even called 30 minutes before they came out which allowed me more than enough time to get home from work to meet the technician.

"Greg (my technician) arrived at the time I was told he would, and before entering my home he put on shoe coverings to protect my carpet. After he looked at my hot water heater he gave me a few options to look at and discuss. He sat down and took time to explain about why hot water heaters need to be flushed yearly, as well as the importance of having a water softener.

"He wasn’t trying to rush out the door and in fact also took time to look around my home and educate me about my furnace. I was so impressed and felt comfortable asking him questions. After talking it over with him, I decided to put in a new hot water heater and water softener. He was even able to do it that same day!

"At that time I also signed up for your Service Partner Plan for yearly maintenance on my furnace and A/C, my new water heater, and main drain. I am thrilled to be part of The Problem Solvers Family and look forward to seeing you in the spring for my check up!"
