  • Guaranteed upfront pricing…you approve the price before we start the job. There are still a lot of companies in the area that charge Time and Material. We charge by the job not the hour so you get upfront pricing
  • One-Year Warranty (vs. the 90-day norm) on all parts and labor.
  • If the furnace we install does not adequately heat your home, we’ll replace it with  a larger and more powerful unit at no additional cost.
  • If installed or replaced parts fail or don’t work perfectly at any time within one year  of providing you with that service, we’ll make the necessary repairs FREE of charge.
  • If you need a replacement heating or cooling system, we’ll do the job within one day to greatly minimize any personal discomfort.
  • Our technicians and installers will arrive in lettered trucks, and wearing clean company uniforms and company ID badges for your added peace of mind.
  • We’ll show up on time, or contact you well in advance of any unexpected delays. Most companies claim to have 24 hour emergency service, but when you call The Problem Solvers, you get next day service. We come out any time any day
